The Support You Need To Overcome Your Struggles…
Where do you go to share your struggles? Where do you go to get the support you need?
Maybe you’re wondering, “I’d like to get some help, but I don’t think individual counseling is the right choice.”
Many people struggle in silence not knowing where to get the support they need with problems like:
– loneliness or isolation
– shyness
– excessive dependence in relationships
– superficial relationships
– frequent arguments with people
– discomfort in social situations
– difficulty trusting others
– being easily hurt or offended
– needing a lot of reassurance from others
– a lack of intimacy in relationships, and
– anxiety management
Everyone struggles with these concerns from time-to-time. But I have found that if you experience one or more of these regularly, group counseling may be just what you need. That is why I offer weekly and biweekly groups. I help members of the group discuss the issues that are concerning them and offer each other support and feedback.
In a group, you can find the support you need to overcome your struggles. Groups are a safe place to experience, deep lasting change, to find healing together, and to learn to be new.
