About Me

Isaac Stough, MA, LPC Associate, NCC
(Supervised by Deena Shelton, PhD, LPC-S, ACS)

If you asked me years ago if deep, lasting change were possible, I would have expressed my doubts. I would have said, “It sounds too good to be true.” While, at the same time, I felt alone in my struggles, wondering if anyone could help and too embarrassed to even ask.

I wonder if you’re anything like me.

I became a counselor and
psychotherapist because I wanted to
dedicate my life to people who are
ready to heal and learn to enjoy life
in an ever-deepening way.

I’ve had struggles with mental health. But what made the difference was that someone helped me. I found a counselor who believed that I could experience deep, lasting change and saw me through, little by little, until I was well again. I became a counselor and psychotherapist because I wanted to dedicate my life to people who are ready to heal and learn to enjoy life in an ever-deepening way.

You might have some doubts about whether deep, lasting change is possible. I believe mental wellness and wholeness are yours for the taking. I’d love to be the one to help you find them.

Are you ready?

My Approach
